Mrs T is here to matchmake you with your dream wedding suppliers! Finding the perfect wedding suppliers is time consuming when you’ve never had to previously think about all the different businesses involved. If you’ve never needed to use a caterer, florist or musician, it can be hard to know where to start. Even when you do find some names and recommendations, they might not be the right style or price point that you had in mind.

This is where using a wedding planner like me really comes in useful. It’s my job to know a huge number of trusted suppliers that can fit with all different styles, aesthetics and budgets. Working with my couples, I spend lots of time getting to know you and understanding what makes you tick. By getting to know you, I then curate the dream wedding suppliers list for your wedding.

As I see it, I’m matchmaking! I only work with suppliers I know we can trust to execute exactly what my clients are looking for. That means every time I’m considering a supplier for one of my couples, I’m thinking about:

  • Style
  • Personality
  • Locality
  • Price point
  • Approach
  • Reliability
  • And, of course, overall fabulousness!

I never force a couple to choose a certain supplier, or to shoe-horn a supplier to fit with a couple. No square pegs and round holes here – only the perfect fit that everyone is happy with!

Here are a few examples of my dream wedding supplier matchmaking in action.

Ellen and Scott

Ellen and Scott were looking for something unique for their cake and sweet treat options at their June wedding. I raised the idea of a patisserie table filled with beautiful, intricate cakes, biscuits and pastries for guests to enjoy. Ellen and Scott were keen to explore this option and so I liaised with their venue to source some of their preferred suppliers. From here, I introduced them to Lindsay Pemberton.

Lindsay Pemberton

Lindsay is a trained pastry chef who specialises in wedding cakes and patisserie. She makes stunning tables of treats from macarons to cupcakes, iced biscuits and miniature desserts. I arranged a cake tasting session for Ellen and Scott to meet Lindsay, and during the meeting they were able to talk about their ideas for the wedding cake. The tasting session was a huge success with both couple and supplier super excited about the big day!

Georgia and Harry

Georgia and Harry are getting married at Bingham Riverhouse, Richmond, and florals are a big feature of their aesthetics. I introduced them to The Floral Editor who I’ve worked with on a styled shoot published by Love My Dress.

They hit it off and completely aligned on tastes and expectations. I arranged a venue visit for Georgia, Harry and the florist to meet and map out this beautiful space. The planned meadow aisles and brilliant accents that bind the colour scheme to other features of the wedding breakfast décor and styling is going to look stunning!
