I wanted to let you know more about my Mrs T Consultancy offering, by giving you an example of a recent bride-to-be that I am helping. When I take on wedding consultancy clients, it is always with no obligation to book me as your planner. Instead, you have dedicated blocks of my time to work through whatever is on your wedding agenda.
Case Study
Faye lives in London and is having a wonderful luxury wedding in Bath later this year. She initially contacted me for advice and help on navigating communications with the venue. This is a very popular request that I get from brides, grooms and family members when queries or concerns arise. They, quite rightly, want to explore their options with someone who is at the centre of the wedding planning industry, prior to signing on the dotted line.
I invited Faye to use my consultancy services to give her some dedicated time for us to go through the plans.
Using her one-to-one blocks of consultancy time with me, I have:
- Conducted a venue search to help her decide if her venue is The One, (it is!)
- Made recommendations on hair and make-up artists that match her preferred bridal looks
- Had an extensive recap meeting to go through all of her plans in detail. We left no stone unturned and I highlighted areas of focus along with timeframes to get these ‘to-do’s’ completed
- Created a personalised task list and questions that she needs to be asking of each of her suppliers
Next steps
Next on the agenda is a venue visit meeting that I will attend with her. We will have a meet and greet with the staff, and a walk around of all the spaces being used. I will also be on hand to help Faye make décor and styling suggestions, along with the best suppliers to use for these.
If you have any similar queries, concerns or questions regarding your own wedding plans, you can schedule some Mrs T Consultancy time with me by booking an appointment through my website. Faye is going to do a fabulous job, armed with her refreshed to-do list and newly buoyed confidence!
