The support that has been shown to me and my business is so touching and a brilliant testament to how much I love my job.

Mrs T Customer Service
Customer Service is at the heart of the Mrs T Weddings business model. In all aspects of my work I am thinking of both my couples and my suppliers’ customer experience. I take immense pride in my work and am extremely driven to give each of my couples 110% of my expertise, focus and energy when planning and executing their weddings.
My couples know that I am contactable and approachable over any possible detail relating to their wedding. They know there are no stupid questions and no query too small to ask.
I am caring and considerate of the stresses and worries that can occupy my couples’ thoughts. I feel fiercely passionate about removing their concerns to give them the best day of their lives.
I’ve been referred to as my couples’ ‘shadow’, their ‘right arm’ and their ‘fairy godmother’. These endearments mean a huge amount to me, and I hope reflect their trust in my work.
Being a luxury wedding planner truly is my dream job, and I love what I do so much.
