With Constance at the helm and with support from a fabulous dedicated team, Mrs T Weddings ensures you and your loved ones have beautiful celebrations that live long in everyone’s memories!
Constance
Constance Taylor, aka ‘Mrs T’, is the founder of Mrs T Weddings. Her career has taken her around the world, specialising in project management, operations and logistics – invaluable skills to possess when planning weddings!
Raised in the world of art academia, from Oxford to London, France and New York via the worlds of banking, politics, fashion and interiors, Constance now channels all of her expertise into planning and delivering sensational weddings that excite and inspire.
With exceptional high standards in client communications and a reputation among suppliers for delivering every fine detail, Constance has carved out a name for herself and Mrs T Weddings in the world of high-end weddings.
At home, Constance and her husband Rob, are mum and dad to Tabby aka ‘Tiny T’, and their cheeky Maltipoo, Archie! In her down time, Constance loves reading feel-good romance novels, cooking a Sunday roast, and pop rides with Cody on her Peloton.

Nina
Nina is a Planner at Mrs T Weddings, with more than 22 years’ experience in event management. She has worked on various Mrs T Weddings from rural to city locations, including marquee weddings and dry hire venues.
Her career started in theatre stage management and quickly moved into the world of corporate events. Nina was part of the events team that launched the Millennium Dome, holding largescale exclusive events including the 2000 New Year’s Eve party attended by the Queen and Prime Minister. She has since travelled the world creating and managing bespoke events throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia for International Finance clients.
Alongside being a part of Mrs T Weddings, Nina also supports other exciting businesses within the wedding industry. When she’s not executing stunning weddings, Nina is at home in Essex with her husband, two children and beloved family cat, Milo. An avid cook, Nina owns a vast collection of recipe books and loves talking to couples about their wedding breakfast menus!

Lyndsey
As the owner of The Oxford Writer, Lyndsey is Mrs T Weddings’ resident wordsmith. She helps Mrs T clients to find their words, writing content for their wedding websites and proofreading invitation details. She looks after Mrs T Weddings content marketing and manages the Mrs T Weddings Instagram channel. She is also a fully insured on-site dog-sitter and dog companion for Mrs T Weddings, subject to availability.
Based in Oxfordshire, Lyndsey has worked with Constance, Nina, Aimee and Elaine on Oxford and Cotswolds weddings and events. Locations include the Bodleian Library, Cherwell Boathouse, St Hilda’s College, The Randolph Hotel, Hyde House, The Compton Gallery and The Crazy Bear.
In her spare time, Lyndsey is also a regular volunteer at her local foodbank.

Elaine
Elaine is one of Mrs T Weddings Wedding Day Coordinators, having moved to the UK from the beautiful Emerald Isle of Ireland. Now residing in London, Elaine has had a high-flying corporate career in Europe and the US.
Graduating from University College Dublin with a degree in Commerce and German, Elaine has had respective career successes in accountancy and financial consultancy that have taken her around the world at Deloitte and CrossCountry International. Now, her attentions are focussed on the hugely creative industry of bespoke weddings and events where she brings her corporate knowledge and calm-under-pressure attitude.
From her base in central London, Elaine has worked with Constance, Nina and Helen on Mrs T’s city and home-counties weddings. She loves to travel and sample the latest cocktail hotspots in the city!

Helen
Helen is one of Mrs T’s Wedding Day Coordinators. She started her events career working for international record labels both here in London and across the globe. For the past five years, she has managed in-house events across several prestigious London Private Members Clubs including Century Club on Shaftesbury Avenue, Soho.
Of all the events Helen manages, she has a special love for weddings and always goes the extra mile to make magical wedding days a reality.
As well as being part of the Mrs T Weddings team, Helen is also owns her own swimwear brand. As a tall woman herself, her luxury line is specially designed for tall and long-bodied women. If you are one of the many that have a longer torso check out the fabulous Skybak Swimwear.
