Mrs T Weddings provides an exclusive Full Wedding Planning Service to a limited number of clients each year. Full Wedding Planning is a term used in the industry to differentiate from other services such as Partial Planning and On-the-Day Coordination. When we say Full Wedding Planning Service we mean that Mrs T Weddings is with you right from the very earliest stages. We take a 360 degree, every angle covered, no stone left unturned approach to planning and this is the level you can expect.
Some of our couples have booked their venue, or have an idea of their caterer or who they would like their photographer to be. Even with some of these details in place, our Full Wedding Planning Service is still your recommended pathway, and the only service we provide outside of consultancy hours.
Here is the level of service all of our couples receive when booking with Mrs T Weddings – it’s a long post, but well worth the read to fully understand the excellence and duty of care you will experience!
WEDDING BUDGET
Gathering wedding supplier quotes on your behalf and summarising them concisely and accurately for your review and decision-making. Reviewing payment schedules within wedding supplier contracts, and scheduling these payment dates in your personalised planning software. Providing wedding budget guidance and management, keeping you on track with paying your suppliers on time and the correct amount.
WEDDING STYLING
Theme and style advice, supporting you in your design/look/feel for your wedding, to ensure it is achievable and gorgeous. We have supported more than 70 couples, all with completely different personalised style aesthetics. We become fully immersed in your styling choices and will only recommend and encourage you to work with suppliers that will be just as onboard and excited about your vision as we are.
Constance has a background in art, fashion and interiors. She is able to make considered suggestions that are cohesive with your overarching designs, while elevating individual moments. WEDDING SUPPLIERS
It’s worth bearing in mind the majority of Mrs T Weddings celebrations have between 15-20 core suppliers. The following information applies to all.
Venue searches and visits: Constance can perform extensive venue searches to shortlist exceptional venues that meet with your desired criteria. She will liaise and visit venues on your behalf, particularly for overseas couples. She knows exactly which questions to ask, where to seek clarification, and understanding what rules and regulations may be in place (particularly with historic buildings.) Constance approaches venue searches with both client and supplier needs in mind.
Supplier Sourcing: Mrs T Weddings takes on all supplier sourcing on your behalf: Catering, floristry, wedding attire, hair and make-up artists, production, transport, photographer, videographer, entertainment, stationery, signage, rentals, décor and more (any and all of your suppliers!)
We find the best supplier for you based on the criteria of location, availability, quality, price point, look and feel aligned to your vision. We look for personalities that will gel with you and the rest of the supplier team. This is how we curate seamless dream teams!
SUPPLIER LOGISTICS
Bookings: We can manage bookings for you, arrange and be present at any associated booking and onboarding meetings. Once onboard, we can arrange any required venue visits and access arrangements each individual supplier may need.
Contracts: We review contracts and lead dialogue regarding any queries you may have.
Documentation: Many venues require insurance, PAT testing and risk assessment documentation which Mrs T Weddings collects from every supplier on your behalf, saving you from chasing up what can be more than 50 different documents.
General management: We ensure every supplier knows exactly what they are doing, what is expected of them, where they need to be and when, and that they execute their services to the highest standards.
Scheduling: We distribute timelines to every supplier that will be on site during the lead up, on the day and post-wedding, making sure they have enough time, contingency and access for set-up, execution and de-rigging. We create plans for clearing down the following day so that you don’t have to think about this and can enjoy your first day of newly married life together.
ACCESS TO CONSTANCE
Booking with Mrs T Weddings gives you access to Constance via phone calls, Zoom/FaceTime, Whatsapp and email. For overseas couples we will quickly establish the best times for communication that fit around our differing time zones. We have worked with couples in Australia, Hong Kong, the US, Canada and Mexico without difficulty.
Constance can attend wedding meetings with you or on your behalf, as required, such as site visits with suppliers (florist, production etc). Constance will attend your menu tastings, taking comprehensive notes and photos to refer back to in the ensuing months – here is a separate post on what you can often expect at a luxury menu tasting with Mrs T Weddings.
Anything wedding related that you would like Constance by your side for, she can be there, such as bridal boutiques for dress try-ons, fittings and alterations, hair and make-up trials, suit fittings and meetings with tailors. You will also have regular scheduled wedding planning reviews alongside any ad hoc ongoing communications.
INVITATIONS & GUEST LIST MANAGEMENT
Mrs T Weddings can handle all guest logistics and guest list management, from initial Save the Dates through to on-the-day support.
RSVPs: Mrs T Weddings takes on RSVP management, including tracking all RSVPs and dietary and access requirements.
Seating Plans: Constance works with you to develop your seating plan and can administer any changes and edits that may need to be made as plans progress.
VIPs: We work with you to develop your list of VIPs and any guests that may need special or additional attention
Communication: We have regular communication with all guests in the final weeks leading up to your wedding, to ensure every finer detail is covered and any changes at short notice are logged and followed up. We make sure they know timings and locations and have directions, transport and accommodation options close to hand. We also communicate gift registries with them and advise on the safekeeping of gifts on the day. Mrs T Weddings is a point of contact for all guests pre and during the wedding. We have specific inboxes for RSVP and guest enquiries, enabling guests to directly communicate with us. We assist them with accommodation and transport enquiries and bookings.
Save the Dates & Wedding Invitations: At Mrs T Weddings we have a dedicated and experienced team member for proofreading and grammar checking all external communications. This includes Save the Dates, invitations, websites, seating plans, signage, and food and drink menus. We cross-check against guest lists, investigate food and drink branding and create uniformity and continuity across all of your communications before anything is sent to print.
TIMELINES, SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE
Personalised Wedding Timeline: Throughout your wedding planning journey Mrs T Weddings will be building a core timeline of your celebrations from start to finish. We create timelines specifically for all suppliers, and one for you as a couple. These timelines can be over 10 pages long, (please don’t be put off, this is how thorough we are!) They include who is responsible for every different task and element. They will put you at ease, show that nothing has been missed, and that every part of your day has been considered and accounted for. We use these timelines throughout the day to keep everyone on track.
Aisle Planner: Booking with Mrs T Weddings gives you comprehensive access to Aisle Planner – cloud based wedding planner software where we keep details of all your suppliers, guest details, seating plans, timelines, moodbaords, RSVPs, dietary requirements, contracts, budgeting and payment schedules.
Wedding websites: Aisle Planner has built-in wedding website software, and should you choose to use it, our team will build all the core pages for you. We also populate wedding websites such as WithJoy and Minted, and assist with Paperless Post communications.
WEDDING DAY ATTENDANCE
Constance and at least three of the Mrs T Team will be in attendance across your entire wedding celebrations. Constance will be with you personally overseeing all of the crucial logistics and key moments, while the team provide continuous support and assistance.
On-The-Day emergency kit: we have a car load full of ‘kit’ with us at the wedding to ensure whatever the eventuality we have you covered! From safety pins, to deodorant, to a steamer, to plasters, to needle & thread, tape, stings and burns creams, heel stoppers, super glue – you name it we will have it in our kit bag and it’s at you and your guests’ disposal!
Mrs T Team: Every member of the Mrs T Team has been with us for at least two seasons, but many have been present for six or more years. We will be there from first thing in the morning until the last guest has left. On the day we will be directing all suppliers on site, ensuring all stationery and anything which doesn’t have a supplier present on the day is taken care of. We help get everyone including the bride dressed, attaching buttonholes and prepping everyone who is walking down the aisle. We welcome guests, direct them to wherever they need to be, collect gifts and cards and keep them safe. If you have dogs that are playing a role in your wedding then we will help look after them and have them ready in position for bearing rings and being in photos.
We assist the photographer and videographer with capturing any formal, family or group shots, and organise confetti lines. We work with the musicians to cue music during ceremonies, newlywed entrances, exits and first dances. The team are involved in table styling, lighting candles, room changeovers and checking all final details everywhere. We can move luggage and belongings, particularly for you both if you are getting ready in different locations or are spending your wedding night in a different suite. We assist you and any VIPs with outfit changes and toilet breaks – we are happy to help our brides with their dresses and under garments if they require it.
Constance will be your guide throughout the day. She will ensure you are where you need to be and that we keep to schedule. If for any reason timings fall behind or ahead, we make sure that all suppliers are aware and prepared, for example keeping caterers briefed if service times need tweaking. We will prompt your MCs with their lines and make sure anyone delivering a speech is in the right place, with adequate sound/ microphone, and knows what they are doing. Speeches and notecards can be held onto by us and placed at your seats for the required moment. We can also help orchestrate personal breaks for you both if you need some quiet moments to yourselves throughout the celebrations. At the end of the night, we assist guests with their departure, help with lost items and booking taxis, and ensure you have all of your gifts and cards.
